Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items safely back in their original Koala Brand packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
